One WhatsApp number can front a whole team of agents
A linked WhatsApp number used to answer as exactly one agent. A number can now be shared by several of your agents: the sender asks for an agent by name and the conversation slides over to it, and the number's roster decides which agents are allowed to answer at all — checked on every write, not just when the number is linked. If no agent on the number is on duty, the conversation falls back to the front desk instead of going silent, and the owner gets one "no agent is on" alert per day rather than one per message. Deleting a team, an organization or an agent now leaves the numbers themselves safe.
A shared number's chats say why they are not listed, instead of looking empty
Someone who controls an agent but does not own it saw an empty WhatsApp Conversations list with no explanation — indistinguishable from an agent that had never been messaged. The page now says which chats it is not showing and why.

Each chat now records which agents have spoken in it and which answered last, so Conversations can show a shared number's history split by agent rather than as one undifferentiated thread. Throttle messages also name the number they are about, which matters once an owner has more than one.
Media Studio: a Create and Library workspace for an agent's images
Images an agent generates now have somewhere to live. The Studio gives each agent a Create tab and a Library tab, an allowance meter so you can see what a batch will cost before you run it, scenario presets, and Generate ×N for a batch. The photo viewer pages through the whole gallery, keeps the full prompt that produced each image, and offers Regenerate with edits; aspect ratio, reference images and per-model image capabilities are selectable.
Add an existing Google Drive folder, instead of only a new one
Connecting Drive used to mean letting an agent create a folder. The web Google Picker now lets you point an agent at a folder or files you already have, with a folder per member and the option to grant a sub-folder. Who connected it is recorded as the real person, never as whoever was being viewed-as at the time.
What a conversation cost, on the screen where you had it
Token spend used to be answerable only in aggregate. Every chat surface now meters through one usage counter and shows that chat's own cost — agent chat, the AI manager, Create and Manage, and channel replies. An aborted Manage or Create call is estimated the same way agent chat estimates one, so an interrupted turn is not silently free, and a chat's title is generated and charged once rather than on every visit.
